From October to April the days are warm and pleasant, and the evenings in the desert can feel cool, so bring a jacket. From June to September Qatar is very hot, and the midday sun is hard going on open sand.
The best time of day
The morning safari avoids the strongest heat and gets you back by midday. The evening safari starts in the late afternoon and gives you the sunset. The overnight safari gives you both the sunset and the sunrise.
Weather
Safaris run daily if the weather allows. Strong wind can stop a trip, and we will tell you if that happens.
