- Long, comfortable trousers or a loose skirt for the camel ride
- Closed shoes that you do not mind filling with sand
- Modest clothing that covers the shoulders and knees is a good choice in Qatar
What to bring
- Sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen
- Phone or camera, with a bag to protect it from sand
- Any medicine you need, including tablets for car sickness
- A little cash for tips or personal purchases
For the evening
The desert cools down after sunset, especially from November to March. Bring a jacket or shawl for the evening safari.
For the night
On the overnight safari, add a warm layer for the early morning, your toothbrush and other personal items, and a phone power bank.
